Delete Your Account and Data

Email hello@ofissiz.app from the address associated with your account and use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject.

We may request limited information to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password, payment card details, or one-time verification codes by email.

After verification, we delete or anonymize your profile, favorites, notification preferences, and account-linked app data. Reservation and transaction records required by law are retained only for the applicable statutory period.

We will confirm receipt and provide status updates by email. Requests are completed within the periods required by applicable law.
